Helmholtz Coil Magnetic Field Apparatus
It has the characteristics of variable frequency of excitation signal and adjustable output intensity. Helmholtz coil magnetic field measurement is one of the important experiments in physics experiment syllabus of comprehensive universities and engineering colleges. The experiment can learn and master the measurement method of weak magnetic field, prove the superposition principle of magnetic field, and describe the distribution of magnetic field according to the teaching requirements.
Main experimental content
1. the principle of measuring magnetic induction strength by electromagnetic induction.
2. the size and distribution of the non-uniform magnetic field of a single circular coil.
3, the size and distribution of the magnetic field of the Helmholtz coil.
Main technical parameters
1, Helmholtz coil: two coils of the same size, equivalent radius 100mm, center spacing.
100mm; number of turns of a single coil: 400 turns.
2, two-dimensional movable non-magnetic platform, moving distance: horizontal ± 130mm, vertical ± 50 mm. using non-magnetic guide, can move quickly, no gap, no return difference.
3, detection coil: turns 1000, rotation angle 360 °.
4, frequency range: 20 to 200Hz, frequency resolution: 0.1Hz, measurement error: 1%.
5, sine wave: output voltage amplitude: maximum 20Vp-p, output current amplitude: maximum 200mA.
6、Three and a half LED digital display AC millivoltmeter: range 19.99mV, measurement error: 1%.
