Using advanced CCD linear photoelectric sensor, with 11μm or 14μm spatial resolution and thousands of pixels, the experimental error is small; the diffraction light intensity curve is collected in real time in an instant, and can be continuously collected and processed dynamically; the ratio of the collected light intensity distribution curve The traditional light and dark stripes have more physical connotations, and the graphics are more delicate and rich; manual processing such as splicing the collected curves is not required, and errors and distortions are avoided. The data processing software is powerful, 12-bit A/D quantization, 1/4096 amplitude resolution, small experimental error, digital display, and accurate measurement of the spatial position of each photosensitive element and its light voltage value USB interface.
