Apparatus of A-Scan Ultrasound & Applications
This instrument is a non-destructive ultrasonic pulse reflection detection instrument. It can be used not only as medical ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, but also as industrial ultrasonic flaw detector. The instrument is rich in experimental content, safe and reliable, and widely applicable. It can be used not only for medical physics experiment of medical specialty, but also for basic physics experiment, modern physics experiment and comprehensive design physics experiment of ordinary university and technical secondary school.
Experiments
1. Measurement of the sound velocity in water or the thickness of a water layer.
2. Simulative measurement of the thickness of a human organ.
3. Determination of the resolution of the apparatus.
4. Measurement of the thickness of a solid object and test of the internal defects in a sample under test.
