The Gunn oscillator serves to generate microwave power. It has a modular design and can be broken down into the following components:

• Gunn diode module, length approx. 27 mm
• Rear housing wall
• Diaphragm with aperture, 8 mm diameter
• Waveguide adapter, 32 mm

• Operating voltage: 8...10 V DC
• Current consumption: approx. 120 mA
• Operating frequency: 9.40 GHz
• Microwave power: > 10 mW, typically 15 mW
• Connection: BNC socket
